Drunken Rudolph is a festive, adult hot chocolate cocktail made with Baileys, Fireball whiskey, vanilla ice cream, and creamy cocoa. It’s the perfect 3-minute holiday drink to warm you up and make spirits bright.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz whole milk
  • 1.25 oz packet hot cocoa mix
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1½ oz Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
  • ½ oz Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • Whipped topping (for garnish)
  • 1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)
  • 2 fresh rosemary twigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, Baileys, and Fireball to a large coffee mug. Set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe container, heat the milk on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the hot cocoa mix until smooth and fully dissolved.
  4. Carefully pour the hot cocoa into the mug with the ice cream and alcohol.
  5. Top with whipped cream, place a cherry in the center for the nose, and insert rosemary sprigs as antlers.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy warm.

Notes

  • This drink is best enjoyed fresh and hot.
  • For a dairy-free version, use full-fat almond or oat milk and dairy-free ice cream.
  • Try other liqueurs like RumChata or Kahlua for different flavor twists.
  • Omit alcohol for a kid-friendly version and use cinnamon sticks as antlers.
