Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Arrange ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
