Ingredients

  • 3 English or Persian cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place cucumbers in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Pat cucumbers dry to remove excess moisture.
  4. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  5. Add cucumbers to the dressing and toss gently.
