24 frozen or homemade meatballs
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup teriyaki sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
Place the meatballs in the bottom of the crockpot.
Add pineapple chunks on top of the meatballs.
In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, garlic, olive oil, and pineapple juice.
Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs.
Cover the crockpot with the lid.
Cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
Stir gently before serving to coat the meatballs evenly.
Top with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Serve warm with rice or vegetables.
