  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place beef in the slow cooker.
  2. Add onion, garlic, beef broth, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl to create a slurry.
  6. Stir slurry into the crockpot during the final 30 minutes of cooking.
  7. Allow gravy to thicken.
  8. Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
  9. Drain noodles.
  10. Serve beef and gravy over noodles.
  11. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
