2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Lightly grease crock pot insert.
Add chicken in a single layer.
Whisk broth, cream, cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, tomatoes, butter, and seasonings.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Cook on low 4 to 6 hours or high 2 to 3 hours.
Stir sauce until smooth and creamy.
Slice or shred chicken if desired.
Garnish and serve hot.
