Creamy Lemon Garlic Shrimp Linguine is a rich and flavorful pasta dish made with shrimp, garlic, lemon, and a creamy sauce, perfect for easy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Heat butter or oil and cook shrimp until pink, then set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cream, lemon juice, and zest, and simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Add pasta and shrimp back to the pan.
  7. Toss to combine, adding pasta water if needed.
  8. Serve immediately.
