  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk (optional for creaminess)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook diced chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Reduce heat and add cream cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Slowly pour in chicken broth and mix until smooth.
  7. Add ranch seasoning and stir well.
  8. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until coated.
  9. Stir in cheddar cheese and bacon until melted and combined.
