Cookie Dough is a safe-to-eat, creamy dessert dip made without eggs and with heat-treated flour, perfect for snacks and parties.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spread flour on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes to heat-treat, then cool.
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Gradually add heat-treated flour and mix until combined.
  5. Add milk and mix until creamy.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
