Classic Lavender Lemon Drop Drink is a refreshing alcohol-free mocktail made with fresh lemon juice, homemade lavender syrup, and sparkling water for a bright citrus flavor with a floral twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce lavender simple syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon sparkling soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: sugar for rim
  • Optional garnish: lemon slices and culinary lavender sprigs
  • For Lavender Syrup:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

Instructions

  1. Prepare lavender syrup by heating water and sugar until dissolved. Add lavender, simmer for 3–4 minutes, then steep for 10 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of the serving glass and dip into sugar if desired.
  3. In a mixing glass, combine fresh lemon juice and lavender syrup. Stir well.
  4. Fill the serving glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the lemon-lavender mixture over the ice.
  6. Top with sparkling water or lemon soda and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with a lemon slice and lavender sprig. Serve immediately.

  • Use only culinary-grade lavender.
  • Do not over-steep lavender to avoid bitterness.
  • Adjust sweetness depending on lemon tartness.
