Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  5. Mix in dry ingredients alternating with milk and sour cream.
  6. Combine brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  7. Add batter to liners, layer cinnamon mixture, and swirl gently.
  8. Bake 18 to 22 minutes until done.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Beat frosting ingredients until fluffy and frost cupcakes.
