Chocolate lasagna is a rich no-bake layered dessert made with a crunchy cookie crust, creamy cheesecake layer, smooth chocolate pudding, and fluffy topping, perfect for any chocolate lover.

  • 36 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Refrigerate the crust for 15–20 minutes to set.
  5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar.
  6. Fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  8. In another bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  9. Spread the pudding layer over the cream layer.
  10. Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth evenly.
  11. Sprinkle chocolate shavings or chips on top if desired.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or until fully set before serving.

  • Use softened cream cheese to avoid lumps.
  • Spread layers evenly for clean presentation.
  • Use cold milk for pudding to thicken properly.
