Chicken Caesar Wrap is a creamy and satisfying handheld meal made with tender seasoned chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, rich Caesar dressing, and freshly grated Parmesan wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking chicken)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Remove chicken from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
  4. In a bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until lightly coated.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 20 to 30 seconds per side to make them flexible.
  7. Lay tortilla flat and place sliced chicken in the center.
  8. Top with dressed lettuce mixture.
  9. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  10. Optional: Toast the assembled wrap seam-side down in a skillet for 1 to 2 minutes for added crispness. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overdress the lettuce to prevent sogginess.
  • Slice chicken thinly for even distribution in the wrap.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
  • Store components separately if meal prepping.
  • Refrigerate assembled wraps for up to 3 days.
