  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)
  • Sprinkles or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain cherries and pat them dry thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Wrap each cherry with a small amount of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Place coated cherries on a tray and refrigerate until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled cherry into melted chocolate, coating completely.
