Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven while preheating.
  3. Stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch round.
  4. Transfer dough to a pizza peel or parchment paper.
  5. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  6. Scatter mozzarella and fontina cheese evenly over the dough.
  7. Arrange peach slices across the pizza.
  8. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes until the crust is golden brown and crisp.
  9. Remove pizza from the oven.
  10. Add torn prosciutto pieces over the hot pizza.
  11. Top with fresh basil leaves.
  12. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze.
  13. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
  14. Slice and serve immediately.
