Chamomile Honey Mocktail is a refreshing, calming herbal drink made with chamomile tea, honey, lemon juice, and sparkling water. This caffeine-free mocktail is lightly sweet, floral, and perfect for relaxing evenings or elegant gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chamomile tea bags (or 2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers)
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 tablespoons pure honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water (chilled)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and fresh mint (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a gentle boil, then pour 2 cups over the chamomile tea bags or dried flowers.
  2. Steep for 5 minutes, then remove tea bags or strain flowers.
  3. While the tea is still warm, stir in honey until completely dissolved.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the chilled chamomile honey mixture halfway into each glass.
  7. Add fresh lemon juice and stir gently.
  8. Top with sparkling water, stir lightly, garnish if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not over-steep chamomile tea to avoid bitterness.
  • Adjust honey to taste depending on preferred sweetness.
  • Add sparkling water just before serving to maintain carbonation.
  • For a still version, replace sparkling water with cold filtered water.
  • Store the chamomile honey base in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
