  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 cup candy or fondant carrots
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional, colored green)

Instructions

  1. Crush chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Whisk milk and pudding mix until thickened.
  3. Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Combine pudding mixture with cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  6. Layer cookie crumbs and pudding mixture in a dish.
  7. Repeat layers, ending with cookie crumbs on top.
  8. Decorate with candy carrots and green coconut.
  9. Chill for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
