Ingredients

Scale
  • 2-3 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
  • 2-3 Gala apples, cored and sliced
  • 4 oz white chocolate
  • 4 Tbsp salted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Heath bar, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. Crush pretzels and chop Heath bar into bits; set aside in bowls.
  2. Wash, core, and slice apples. Soak them in lemon water or Sprite to prevent browning.
  3. Prepare caramel sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk and cook until it gently boils. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  4. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  5. Drain apples and pat dry. Arrange them on a large serving tray.
  6. Drizzle caramel and white chocolate over apples. Sprinkle with crushed pretzels and toffee bits.
  7. Serve immediately or set out extra toppings for guests to customize.

Notes

  • Use a mix of tart and sweet apples for better flavor contrast.
  • Soaking apples in citrus or Sprite helps prevent browning.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Can substitute store-bought caramel for homemade if short on time.
