Blueberry fudge is a creamy and fruity no-bake dessert made with white chocolate and real blueberries, offering a smooth texture and a refreshing sweet-tart flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen, thawed and drained)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, cook blueberries over medium heat, mashing them until they release juices and thicken slightly (about 5–7 minutes).
  2. Optionally strain the mixture for a smoother texture, then let it cool.
  3. In another pan or microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and the prepared blueberry mixture.
  5. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  6. Line a square pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
  7. Spread evenly and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
  8. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set.
  9. Lift from pan, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overheat chocolate to avoid seizing.
  • Drain excess liquid from blueberries to ensure proper setting.
  • Use high-quality white chocolate for best texture.
  • Chill completely before cutting for clean edges.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
