Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar until combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In another bowl, whisk eggs and granulated sugar.
  6. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder, then mix well.
  7. Pour the filling over the warm crust.
  8. Bake for another 20–25 minutes until set.
  9. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
