Easy and delicious baked s’mores recipe made in the oven — no campfire needed! Crispy graham crackers, melty chocolate, and golden marshmallows come together for the perfect indoor dessert.

  • 1 package (about 10 sheets) graham crackers
  • 2 large milk chocolate bars (about 8 oz)
  • 12 large or 24 mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
  • Toppings as desired (caramel drizzle, peanut butter, or crushed cookies)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Arrange half of the graham crackers on the sheet, leaving space between each piece.
  3. Place a piece of chocolate on each cracker and top with a marshmallow.
  4. Bake for 4–5 minutes, or until marshmallows puff up.
  5. Switch to broil mode for 30 seconds to 1 minute, watching closely until marshmallows are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with another graham cracker to form a sandwich.
  7. Let cool for 1 minute before serving to allow the chocolate to set slightly.

Notes

  • Line the tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Use milk chocolate for the classic flavor or dark chocolate for a richer taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in the oven for 1 minute to restore gooey texture.
  • Avoid microwaving to prevent soggy crackers.
