  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Shred green and red cabbage finely and place in a large bowl.
  2. Peel and grate carrots, then add to the bowl.
  3. Slice apples into thin strips and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. Add apples, dried cranberries, and almonds to the bowl.
