  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas until smooth.
  2. Whisk together bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  6. Grease an air fryer-safe loaf pan.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 25–35 minutes.
  9. Check doneness using a toothpick.
