4th Of July Fudge is a creamy layered white chocolate fudge featuring patriotic red, white, and blue colors. This festive no-bake dessert is perfect for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and summer celebrations.

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red gel food coloring
  • Blue gel food coloring
  • 2 tablespoons patriotic sprinkles
  • 1 tablespoon star-shaped sprinkles (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon red, white, and blue sugar crystals (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan.
  3. Heat over low heat until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Divide mixture evenly into three bowls.
  6. Add blue food coloring to one bowl and mix thoroughly.
  7. Add red food coloring to a second bowl and mix thoroughly.
  8. Leave the third bowl white.
  9. Spread the blue layer evenly into the prepared pan.
  10. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  11. Spread the white layer over the blue layer.
  12. Refrigerate for another 15 minutes.
  13. Spread the red layer over the white layer.
  14. Decorate with patriotic sprinkles.
  15. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  16. Lift fudge from the pan using parchment paper.
  17. Cut into squares and serve.
