  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 7 oz marshmallow crème
  • 24 oz chocolate almond bark (or melting wafers)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers (optional)
  • Mini marshmallow bits (optional)
  • Mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 40-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Lay out 24 Ritz crackers on wax paper. Add about ½ tsp of marshmallow crème to the center of each cracker.
  3. Top with another cracker to make a sandwich and press gently to spread the crème evenly.
  4. Using tongs or a fork, dip each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
  5. Place dipped cookies back on wax paper and sprinkle with optional toppings while chocolate is still wet.
  6. Let cookies set at room temperature until chocolate hardens, or refrigerate for 10 minutes to speed up.
