Instructions

  1. If ricotta is watery, drain it briefly using a fine mesh strainer.
  2. Add ricotta, olive oil, and salt to a food processor or blender.
  3. Blend for 2–3 minutes until smooth, creamy, and fluffy.
  4. Spoon whipped ricotta into a shallow serving bowl and spread evenly.
  5. Drizzle hot honey generously over the top.
