These oven-baked turkey sliders are layered with juicy turkey, melted provolone, and topped with a buttery glaze seasoned with Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and everything bagel seasoning. Perfect for parties, holidays, or easy family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons butter (melted and divided)
  • 12 slider rolls (or Hawaiian rolls)
  • 3/4 pound oven roasted turkey (sliced thin if deli meat, shredded if leftover)
  • 10 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 Tablespoon packed light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Brush 2 Tablespoons of melted butter on the bottom of a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves on the baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Layer half the turkey over the bottom buns, followed by provolone cheese, then the remaining turkey slices.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns on the turkey layers and press down gently.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the remaining 1/4 cup melted butter with Dijon mustard, everything bagel seasoning, and brown sugar.
  6. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 13–15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown, the cheese is melted, and the bottoms are crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, cut the sliders apart, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use leftover Thanksgiving turkey or deli slices depending on availability.
  • Try other cheeses like cheddar, mozzarella, or brie for variation.
  • Add crispy bacon, jalapeños, or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
  • To avoid soggy sliders, don’t overfill or assemble too far in advance.
  • Reheat in the oven at 300°F covered with foil to retain moisture.
