Necessary ingredient tomato ketchup

1/2 kg ripe tomatoes

one tablespoon vinegar

50 grams sugar

1/2 tsp dry ginger powder

1 tsp red chili powder

black salt to taste

First of all, wash the tomatoes well and cut them.

Now put some water and tomatoes in a vessel on medium flame and keep it for boiling.

Keep the prepared sauce in a jar. You can store it for 2 weeks.
