Surprise Inside Oreo Balls are an easy no-bake dessert made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and a hidden chocolate center, dipped in almond bark and decorated for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies (14.3 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 30 candy cane flavored Hershey Kisses (or any small candy)
  • 6 oz white almond bark
  • 6 oz chocolate almond bark
  • Crushed peppermints or sprinkles (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place Oreos (with filling) in a food processor and blend until a fine crumb texture is formed.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese using a mixer until fully combined.
  3. Use a 1 tbsp scoop to portion the mixture, flatten slightly, place a candy in the center, and roll into a ball.
  4. Place balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Melt white and chocolate almond bark in separate bowls using 20-second microwave intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip chilled balls into melted bark using a fork, let excess drip off, and place back on parchment.
  7. Garnish immediately with crushed peppermints, sprinkles, or toppings of choice.
  8. Allow coating to set completely before serving or storing.

Notes

  • You can freeze uncoated Oreo balls for up to 2 months.
  • Don’t dip Oreo balls while frozen—let them thaw slightly to avoid cracking chocolate.
  • Use any candy or flavored Kiss as a filling.
  • Decorate according to the occasion for a themed treat.
