This Strawberry Lasagna recipe is a no-bake layered dessert made with a crunchy Oreo crust, creamy cheesecake filling, strawberry pudding, and whipped topping. It’s light, refreshing, and perfect for summer parties or family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (divided)
  • 2 boxes instant strawberry pudding mix (3.4 oz each)
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Extra sliced strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread evenly over the crust.
  3. Whisk the strawberry pudding mixes with cold milk until thickened, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Arrange sliced strawberries over the pudding layer and top with remaining Cool Whip.
  5. Garnish with additional sliced strawberries and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use cold ingredients for firmer layers.
  • Chill between each layer for a neat look.
  • For clean slices, dip a sharp knife in warm water before cutting.
  • Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze up to 1 month.
  • Try variations with chocolate pudding or mixed berries for different flavors.
