Sausage Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls are a quick and easy 3-ingredient appetizer or breakfast option made with savory sausage, creamy cheese, and flaky crescent roll dough—perfect for parties, brunches, or meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage and softened cream cheese until fully mixed.
  3. Separate crescent dough into triangles, then cut each triangle lengthwise in half to create smaller triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the sausage-cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and puffy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

  • You can make the filling up to 2 days in advance and store it in the refrigerator.
  • For spicier rolls, use hot sausage or add chopped jalapeños.
  • Freeze baked or unbaked rolls for up to 3 months.
  • Use an air fryer at 325°F for 7–9 minutes to reheat or bake.
