  • 12 mini REESE’S Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (or follow the cookie dough package instructions).
  2. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan or use a non-stick silicone version.
  3. Place one cookie dough portion into each muffin cup.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately press a mini REESE’S cup into the center of each cookie.
  6. Let them cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to maintain a soft and chewy texture.
  • Use silicone bakeware for easier removal.
  • These cookie bites can be frozen for up to 2 months.
  • Reheat for 10–15 seconds in the microwave for a gooey center.
  • Variations include using sugar cookie dough, brownie dough, or different candies.
