Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.

  6. Stir in lemon juice and red pepper flakes, if using.
  7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and toss gently to coat.
  8. Serve immediately with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.

Notes
