Peanut butter bread is a soft, moist, and easy-to-make quick bread packed with rich peanut butter flavor, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add milk and mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Slice and serve.
