  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1215 Oreo cookies (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  3. Add sugar and mix until creamy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
  7. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
  8. Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
  10. Cool slightly before serving.
