No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles are eggless, safe-to-eat dessert bites made from edible cookie dough and dipped in melted chocolate. They’re easy to prepare, freezer-friendly, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate (for dipping)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smooth melting)

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat the flour by baking it at 350°F for 5-7 minutes or microwaving in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F. Let it cool.
  2. Cream the butter and brown sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and salt. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the cooled flour and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a lined tray.
  7. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Melt the chocolate (with coconut oil if needed) in the microwave or using a double boiler.
  9. Dip each chilled dough ball into melted chocolate, coating completely.
  10. Place dipped truffles on parchment paper and let them set at room temperature or in the fridge.
