Mint Chocolate Lasagna is a creamy, no-bake layered dessert featuring a crunchy Oreo crust, a smooth mint cream layer, chocolate pudding, and fluffy whipped topping. Perfect for holidays, parties, or any time you crave a refreshing minty treat.

  • 36 Oreo cookies, crushed finely
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip or whipped cream, divided
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Crushed Oreos, mini chocolate chips, or Andes mints for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch pan and chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes. Add peppermint extract and green food coloring. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with the remaining whipped topping and garnish with crushed Oreos, mini chocolate chips, or Andes mints.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving for best results.

Notes

  • Use instant pudding for quick setting; do not use cook-and-serve pudding.
  • Can be made up to 24 hours in advance for better flavor blending.
  • For a lighter version, use sugar-free pudding and low-fat cream cheese.
  • Freeze before adding the whipped topping if storing long-term.
