The Melting Snowman Mocktail is a festive, non-alcoholic holiday drink made with coconut water, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and topped with whipped cream, marshmallow snowman, and sprinkles for a whimsical winter presentation.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz coconut water
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut milk (full-fat or light, unsweetened)
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup (or agave)
  • Dash of pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup whipped topping
  • Frosty the Snowman marshmallows (or large marshmallows)
  • Santa hat sprinkle mix
  • Rosemary sprig (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add coconut water, coconut milk, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and a dash of vanilla extract to the shaker.
  3. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels icy cold.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with whipped topping to create the snowman’s body.
  6. Place a marshmallow on top to represent the snowman’s head.
  7. Sprinkle Santa hat sprinkles over the whipped topping.
  8. Add a rosemary sprig for garnish before serving.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream or almond milk-based whipped topping.
  • Substitute coconut cream for coconut milk for a richer flavor.
  • Get creative with garnishes like mint leaves, edible flowers, or cinnamon sticks.
  • Batch the base mixture in advance for large gatherings and garnish when serving.
