Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Chicken
Chicken, large pieces with bones – 600 grams
मैरिनेशन के लिए:
मात्रा   सामान का नाम  English name 
1           Tbsp       नमक    SALT
1/2        Tbsp       काली मिर्च Crushed Pepper
2           Tbsp       निम्बू का जूस Lemon Juice
2           Tbsp  BIG    दही curd
1/2        Tbsp       लहसुन अदरक पेस्ट  Ginger  Garlic  
 
Whole Spices
3 हरी इलायची Green Cardamom
3 लौंग Cloves
2 दालचीनी Cinnamon
10 काली मिर्च Black Peppercorns
Other Ingredients
4                Tbsp       फेंटा हुआ दही Whisked curd
1/4             Tbsp       पिसी मिर्च Crushed Pepper
4                Tbsp       चीरा हुआ हरी मिर्च chopped green chilies
1/4             Tbsp       गरम मसाला पाउडर Garam Masala Powder
3                Tbsp       तेल

Oil

1                Tbsp       मक्खन  Butter
1                Tbsp      हरा धनिया, बारीक कटा हुआ     Coriander leaves, finely chopped 
 

How to make lemon chicken recipe तैयारी

  • Marinate the chicken pieces as prescribed. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  • Cut green chilies and finely chop them. 
  • Beat the curd well.
  • Crush black pepper.

  • Heat oil and butter in a pan and add all the spices.
  • Once it starts crackling, add the marinated chicken and fry on high flame for 1 minute and then flip the chicken pieces.
  • Flip the pieces a few times and continue frying for another 2-3 minutes. ,
  • Add the balance marinade and fry on a medium flame for 5 minutes on both the sides till it turns brown evenly.
  • Now reduce the flame, add whipped curd/plain curd, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, chopped green chili and mix everything well.
  • Cover and cook on low flame for 15 minutes, after 10 minutes flip and stir. Cook until the liquid has almost evaporated and the chicken is tender.
  • Now add garam masala powder, mix well and fry for 5 minutes till the chicken pieces turn brown.
  • Garnish with finely chopped green coriander and serve hot.
