Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Whisk egg yolks until smooth, then add sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Stir in key lime juice and lime zest until the filling thickens.
