Healthy Watermelon Fries are a refreshing, no-cook summer snack made from crinkle-cut watermelon sticks served with a creamy strawberry yogurt dip. Perfect for kids, parties, and guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 large watermelon
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (stems removed)
  • 12 tablespoons honey (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon in half, then slice into 1/2-inch thick round discs.
  2. Cut each disc in half to form semi-circles.
  3. Use a crinkle cutter to slice the semi-circles into fry-shaped sticks.
  4. Remove and discard the rinds.
  5. Place the watermelon fries on a tray for serving.
  6. In a blender, add yogurt, strawberries, and honey.
  7. Blend on low speed until smooth.
  8. Adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
  9. Pour dip into a bowl and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use Greek or coconut yogurt as a substitute for vanilla yogurt.
  • Try adding Tajin or lime for a savory twist.
  • Store watermelon fries in a colander within an airtight container to prevent sogginess.
  • Cut watermelon no more than 24 hours before serving for best texture.
