Halloween Pretzels are a quick and festive 3-ingredient treat perfect for spooky parties, kid-friendly snacks, or edible gifts. These chocolate or yogurt-covered pretzels are decorated with colorful candy melts and sprinkles to resemble creepy eyeballs, making them a fun and easy Halloween dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package yogurt-covered and/or milk chocolate-covered pretzels
  • 1/2 cup colored candy melts (orange, red, green, yellow)
  • 1/2 cup assorted Halloween-themed sprinkles, jimmies, mini M&Ms, or candy eyes

Instructions

  1. Lay out the pretzels on a piece of wax or parchment paper.
  2. Melt the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Transfer melted candy to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
  4. Pipe melted candy into the upper left and right holes of each pretzel to resemble eyes.
  5. Immediately place sprinkles, candy eyes, or mini M&Ms in the center of the candy to create pupils.
  6. Allow pretzels to set completely at room temperature or place in the fridge to speed up the process.
  7. Once set, store the pretzels in an airtight container at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use only oil-based food coloring if mixing your own candy melt colors.
  • Work in batches of 6–8 pretzels to prevent the candy melts from hardening before decorating.
  • Let kids decorate their own for a fun Halloween activity.
  • Customize with different pretzel coatings like peanut butter-covered or white chocolate.
