Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Regular Oreos
  • ½ cup whipped cream cheese spread
  • 12 ounces vanilla almond bark
  • Green gel food coloring
  • 18 red heart sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Place Oreos in a food processor and crush into fine crumbs.
  2. Transfer crumbs to a large bowl and mix with cream cheese until a thick dough forms.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to portion dough, then roll into smooth balls.
  4. Place truffle balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
  5. Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second increments, stirring in between.
  6. Stir in green gel food coloring until the desired color is reached.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted coating, tapping off excess, and return to the sheet.
  8. Immediately top each truffle with a red heart sprinkle while coating is still soft.
  9. Refrigerate for another 30 to 60 minutes until the coating hardens.
  10. Serve cold or at room temperature.
