Grilled Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy grilled chicken bites coated in a flavorful ranch, garlic, and parmesan marinade. These easy skewers are perfect for BBQs, quick dinners, or party appetizers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into evenly sized cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss until well coated with the marinade.
  4. Cover and allow the chicken to marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
  6. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Remove the skewers once the chicken is fully cooked and lightly charred.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
  • Chicken thighs can be used instead of chicken breasts for extra juiciness.
  • Make sure chicken pieces are cut evenly so they cook at the same rate.
  • A grill pan can be used if an outdoor grill is not available.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
