  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add pineapple chunks over the chicken.
  3. In a bowl mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  5. Cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  6. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the crockpot.
  7. Cook for another 10–15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Serve over rice or vegetables.
