  • 16-20 round crackers (Ritz or graham crackers)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups assorted fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, bananas)
  • 1/2 cup jelly or jam (apple or apricot recommended), optional for glaze

Instructions

  1. Lay out crackers on a tray or board.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker.
  4. Top with assorted sliced or halved fruit.
  5. If using glaze, microwave jelly for 15–30 seconds until liquid.
  6. Brush melted jelly over the fruit to give it a shine and preserve freshness.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.
