Dreamy Cotton Candy Fudge is a quick and colorful no-bake dessert made with just four ingredients. This creamy, sweet treat captures the nostalgic flavor of cotton candy with a swirled unicorn look that’s perfect for parties and holiday gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 ounces white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon cotton candy extract
  • Pink food coloring
  • Blue food coloring

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil, allowing the edges to hang over.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds and let it sit for 1 minute.
  4. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  5. Add the cotton candy extract and mix well.
  6. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the fudge into a small bowl and repeat in a second small bowl.
  7. Color one with pink food coloring and the other with blue food coloring. Stir each until evenly colored.
  8. Spread the remaining white fudge into the prepared pan.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of the colored mixtures onto the white base.
  10. Swirl gently with a butter knife to create a marbled effect.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.
  12. Lift from the pan, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Use gel food coloring for vibrant colors without altering texture.
  • Don’t overheat the chocolate or it may seize.
  • Allow full chill time for best results.
  • Add edible glitter or sprinkles for a festive touch.
