Delicious strawberry overnight oats are a fresh, creamy, no-cook breakfast made with rolled oats, milk, and juicy strawberries, perfect for easy make-ahead mornings.

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free milk
  • 1/3 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: nuts, seeds, yogurt

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and dice the strawberries into small pieces.
  2. Add rolled oats, strawberries, and salt to a jar or bowl.
  3. Pour in the milk and add honey and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
