Crockpot Kielbasa Bites are a sweet, smoky, and tangy slow cooker appetizer made with just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for game day, parties, or easy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds smoked kielbasa (about 2 ropes)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Slice kielbasa into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  2. Spray the bottom of the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  3. Place sliced kielbasa in the slow cooker.
  4. In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, minced onions, and Dijon mustard.
  5. Pour the sauce over the kielbasa and stir to coat.
  6. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2–3 hours or on LOW for 4–6 hours.
  7. Stir halfway through cooking. Switch to ‘keep warm’ when done and serve with toothpicks or over mashed potatoes/rice.

Notes

  • Use fully cooked, smoked kielbasa—not raw sausage.
  • You can make the sauce sweeter or spicier depending on your preference.
  • To make ahead, prep ingredients the night before and store in the fridge separately.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Reheat in microwave, stovetop, or slow cooker for best results.
