Tender beef cubes and golden potatoes slow-cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. This crockpot meal is an easy, flavorful comfort dish perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1.5 lbs yellow potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp steak seasoning (your favorite blend)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak and potatoes into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Place all ingredients into a slow cooker.
  3. Toss well to ensure even coating of butter and seasoning.
  4. Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours, until potatoes are tender and beef is fully cooked.
  5. Serve warm, optionally garnished with chopped parsley or extra seasoning.

Notes

  • Red potatoes can be used instead of yellow potatoes.
  • Substitute garlic salt for garlic and regular salt for extra flavor.
  • Prep ingredients the night before to save time in the morning.
